The additional services can be booked directly at the time of registration. In addition, you can book them up to and including September 27, 2026 via our online shop (Verlinkung:Zusatzleistungen – berlin-laeuft-shops Webseite!). After that, the additional services can only be booked when the starting documents are handed out or on the day of the event.<\/p>\n

The additional services can be picked up at the distribution of the starting documents or at the event at the merchandise stand.<\/p>\n

Event Shirt:<\/h4>\n

Event Shirts 32,50 EUR<\/p>\n

Event shirts can be booked at the registration or purchased at the starting documents distribution and on the day of the event, for 37,50 Euro per shirt. Only while stocks last!<\/p>\n

Medal engraving:<\/h4>\n

A medal engraving with name and race time can be booked at the registration for 10.00 EUR, reordered via our online shop<\/a><\/strong> or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medaillengravur”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.<\/p>\n

Participant photos:<\/h4>\n

If you have booked a photo package with our partner Sportograf<\/a><\/strong>, you will receive a code shortly before the run with which you can download your photos of the track after the event. After the end of the event, photo packages or individual photos can be purchased from Sportograf.<\/p>\n

About 48 hours after the run you can download your photos from Sportograf here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You have to upload a selfie to Sportograf to find your photos. A search for the start number is not possible. By purchasing the package, you agree and accept the privacy policy.<\/p>\n

HD-Videos (Finish):<\/h4>\n

For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish line and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to capture this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.<\/p>\n

The videos will be provided for you after the event and the link to download (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the 2\u00d75km relay, two participants complete a 5km distance one after the other. Both team members will receive a clothes bag and a start number. The start numbers with the relay number must be worn on the chest. Passing on or exchanging the start numbers is not permitted!<\/p>\n

Relay Change<\/h4>\n

The changing point for the relay runners is located at the Katharina-Heinroth-Ufer (kilometer 5) and is marked accordingly. For the start runners there is a refreshment point with water and toilets. The arrival and departure to and from the relay change point is independent.<\/p>\n

Clothing transport<\/h4>\n

Departure from Charlottenburg Palace (start area) to the changing point 5km at 11:45 a.m. Up to this point the bags must be handed it at the car. The transport is only for the bags not for any participants of the relay. The car is located to the right from the finish line while looking at the Schloss Charlottenburg.<\/p>\n

BVG-Ticket<\/h4>\n

All relay participants have the logo of the Verkehrsbetriebe Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) printed on their race number. This entitles you to use the public transport system (\u00d6PNV) in Berlin from 9 am – 3 pm.<\/p>\n

Evaluation<\/h4>\n

The evaluation takes place as a team. There is no individual time measurement.<\/p>\n

Time Measurement Relay<\/h4>\n

There is one 10 km total finish time per team. The transponder for the time measurement is in the relay baton handed out by the organizer. The baton has to be handed over to the next runner at the change point and has to cross the finish line. The baton must be handed over to the helpers at the finish line.<\/p>\n

Pacemakers will be on duty for the finish times of the different distances. They will carry a clearly visible flag with the finish time and will position themselves in the corresponding blocks.<\/p>\n

10 km: 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes<\/p>\n

Short distance: 25 minutes<\/p>\n

The timing must be done exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. This applies to all distances. The chip is attached to the race number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner\u2019s shoe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Timing relay<\/h4>\n

There is a 10k total finish time per team. The transponder for timekeeping is in the relay baton handed out by the organizer. This must be handed over to the next runner at each relay change and cross the finish line.<\/p>\n

The finish time will be requested during the online registration.<\/p>\n

The kilometers are marked by signs along the route. On the course there is a refreshment point, which is 150 meters long. We ask you to distribute yourselves evenly on the refreshment point. There are enough toilets at the refreshment point.<\/p>\n

We ask for your understanding that the carrying of baby carriages and buggies is prohibited.<\/p>\n

After the last runner, the course will be reopened by the final vehicle.<\/p>\n

You live along the route?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that there may be restrictions on road traffic due to extensive route closures around the event. The following map shows the road closures. The road closures are from 09:00 to 14:00. The exact times can be found on the interactive route map. (subject to change)<\/p>\n

There will be numerous stopping restrictions.<\/p>\n
