We are looking forward to going to the starting line with you and celebrating our 40th anniversary.
Below you will find an overview of the most important information for your run.

Online registration:
Tomorrow (October 6th) at 10 a.m. the online registration for the S 25 Berlin will close. After that, late registration and re-registration will only be possible on the day of the race or on the day of the event. If you want to re-register now, you have to send an e-mail until tomorrow Wednesday (10 am): info@berlin-laeuft.de.
Re-registrations or late registrations after 10 a.m. by mail or phone cannot be considered. Please report to the Help Desk at the Mall of Berlin on the day of the race. We can then re-book or re-register you.
A participant exchange is possible until tomorrow 10 am in the account.

Event ticket:
Tomorrow we will assign the last start numbers of the late registrations. We will then send you your event ticket by mail by October 7 at the latest.
If you do not receive a ticket, you can contact the help desk on the day of the race.
The event ticket, which we accept digitally or analog, is necessary to pick up your race number.
In case you are not able to pick up your race documents personally, your friends can do it for you. It is important that the person picking up your race number brings the event tickets with them and can present them. However, the 3G proof may only be presented in person. This can be done on the day of the event.

3G proof:
Based on our hygiene concept developed with the Charité and approved by the health department, participation in the S 25 Berlin is only possible with proof of one of the “three Gs” (vaccinated, recovered or tested). This proof will be checked before entering the event area or on the days when the starting documents are handed out.
An identification document will also be required for the check.
The proof can be presented digitally through the CovPass App/Corona Warning App or in paper form. For students, the student ID or a BVG student ticket is sufficient.

Convalescents with evidence of infection with Covid-19 of at least 28 days and not older than six months.
-Convalescents with evidence of infection with Covid-19 older than six months and evidence of primary vaccination (plus 14 days).
-Proof of complete vaccination (plus 14 days).
-Proof of a negative certified rapid test (not older than 24h, test may be performed on 09.10 from 14h).
Exception: students* are exempt from mandatory testing, but must provide proof of last testing done at school (week of 04.10-10.10.2021)
Wearing a medical mask on the event area is mandatory, as well as in the start and finish area.
Shortly after the start the mask can be taken off. In the finish area you can take a short breather, after that wearing the mask is mandatory.

Entrance:
Entrance is from 8:00 am at two entrances.

  1. S-Bahn station Olympiastadion, coming from Trakehner Allee
  2. subway station Olympiastadion, direction Olympischer Platz

After successful control of your proof at the starting documents, you will receive an admission wristband, which allows you to enter the event area via a fast lane. We kindly ask you to take off your wristband only after you have crossed the finish line, in order to avoid another check of your proof on the day of the event.

Relays:
We ask all relay runners* to check their relays and complete them if necessary. The start numbers can only be assigned if the registration is complete. If you do not receive a bib number, there is no need to worry. We will leave the bib numbers for your relay at the help desk, but will not mail them. This only applies to relays that are not fully registered with five runners*.

Kids run:
The certificates of the children’s run will be deposited in the result list under children’s certificates. Each parent has the possibility to print out the certificate and fill it out independently.
For the two accompanying persons per starting child the 3G regulation (recovered, vaccinated or tested) also applies. Children under the age of 6 are not required to be tested.  For children of compulsory school age, the last test may be presented at school (week of 04.10-10.10). This must be confirmed by the school and presented with an identification document.
Further information about the children’s run will be given to all parents and accompanying persons on the days when the starting documents will be handed out.
