Medaillengravur:<\/h4>\n

A medal engraving with name and racetime can be booked at the registration for 10.00 EUR, reordered via our online shop<\/strong> <\/a>or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medaillengravur”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.<\/p>\n

HD-Videos (Finish):<\/h4>\n

For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish and uploades the videos in the online results service. If you want to capture this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.<\/p>\n

The videos will be provided for you after the event and the link to download (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.<\/p>\n

The timing is mandatory for all distances exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. The chip is attached to the race number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner’s shoe.<\/p>\n

Due to the diversion at Kaiserdamm, all runners will enter the Olympic Stadium via the north side. This will also change the route of the children’s run.<\/p>\n

Course length approx. 1,5k<\/p>\n

Start is on the “Olympischen Platz\u201d after the start of the adult runners. The kids start in the opposite direction.<\/p>\n

Late registration<\/h4>\n

As long as there are still starting places available, late registration is possible. On the day of the event, late registrations will be accepted up to one hour before the start. The fee of 20,00 Euro can be paid in cash, with EC card or credit card.<\/p>\n

Re-Registration<\/h4>\n

Transfer to another person: You can make the participant exchange until May 8, 2025 via your user account (after that only at the distribution of starting documents). Simply change the participant data in your profile. ATTENTION: If you change your registration after April 27, 2025, the name on the race number will not be changed!<\/p>\n

To park bicycles, please do not use the fences at the Olympiastadion Berlin, as these will be removed, but the areas on Trak\u00e4hner Allee. For strollers and buggies there is an extra parking area in the Kids Zone on the event grounds. Please bring a lock to lock up the stroller!<\/p>\n

Facilities for clothes storage and toilets are available for you in the circulation of the Olympiastadion Berlin.<\/p>\n

The kids run starts facing the Olympiastadion Berlin<\/p>\n

After finishing in the Olympiastadion Berlin, each child will receive a finisher medal.<\/p>\n

The finish line is on the blue track in the Olympiastadion Berlin.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, all children will be escorted to the neighboring blocks where they will be picked up by a parent or caregiver.<\/p>\n

Organisation after the finish:<\/span><\/p>\n

To bring the kids back to their parents as fast and orderly as possible after the finish, we introduced a colorsystem this year. Together with your starting documents you will get two colored ribbons. One for you kid and one for you. This ribbon authorizes the access to the blocks D and E for one person. There, there are going to be four different colored areas. Please go to the area, that matches the color of your ribbon. Your kid will be brought to the corresponding color area after their finish.<\/p>\n

Inside the colored areas there will be a kids area and a parents area. Please wait for your kids in the parents area. If every parent goes to their kid, it will get cramped and confusing fast.<\/p>\n

There will be many helping hands in the area that support the kids with the search for their parents. Please stay calm and if necessary wait until the area has cleared out a bit.<\/p>\n

Please write your phone number on the colored robbon of your kid.<\/strong><\/p>\n
