Additional services
The additional services can be booked directly at the time of registration. In addition, you can book them up to and including April 27, 2025 via our online shop. Subsequently, the additional services can only be rebooked at the starting documents distribution or on the day of the event.
The additional services can be picked up at the starting documents distribution or at the event at the merchandise stand.
Event Shirt:
Event Shirts: 30,00 EUR
Event shirts can be booked during the registration. in our online shop or purchased at the starting documents distribution and on the day of the event, for 35,00 Euro per shirt. Only while stocks last!
Medal engraving:
A medal engraving with name and racetime can be booked at the registration for 10.00 EUR, reordered via our online shop or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medaillengravur”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.
Participant photos:
If you have booked a photo package with our partner Sportograf, you will receive a code shortly before the run with which you can download your photos of the track. After the end of the event, photo packages or individual photos can be purchased from Sportograf.
You have to upload a selfie to Sportograf to find your photos. A search for the start number is not possible. By purchasing the package, you agree and accept the privacy policy.
HD-Videos (Finish):
For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to capture this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.
The videos will be provided for you after the event and the link to download (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.

Relay information
In the 5×5 k relay, 5 participants complete a 5k distance one after the other. All team members will receive a garment bag and a start number. The start numbers with the relay number must be worn on the chest. A transfer or exchange of the start numbers is not permitted!
Relay Change
The relay change points are set up at the edge of the running track, so that a smooth handover of the baton is possible.
- Relay change point 1– Bismarckstraße 103, in front of the Leibnitzstraße
- Relay change point 2 – Glinkastraße, directly after Unter den Linden
- Relay change point 3 – An der Urania 4-10, at the parking machine of the Motel One
- Relay change point 4 – Neue Kantstraße, to Lietzenseeufer-Straße
Clothing transport and return transport
At each relay change point there is a vehicle where the garment bags can be handed in. The vehicle brings the bags to the next relay change point. Runners can pick up their bags there.
BVG-Ticket
All relay participants have the logo of Verkehrsbetriebe Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) printed on their start number. This entitles you to use public transportion in Berlin from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Evaluation
The evaluation takes place as a team. There is no individual time measurement.
Time Measurement Relay
There is a 25k total target time per team. The transponder for the time measurement is located in the baton issued by the organizer. This must be handed over to the next runner at each relay change and cross the finish line.
Pacemaker
Pacemakers will be on duty for the target times of the different distances. They will carry a clearly visible flag with the target time and will position themselves in the corresponding blocks.
Target times:
10k: 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes.
21k: 1 hour and 45 minutes, 2 hours and 2 hours and 15 minutes
25k: 2 hours and 5 minutes, 2 hours and 15 minutes, 2 hours and 30 minutes, 2 hours and 40 minutes
Timing
Its mandatory to do the timing exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. This applies to all distances. The chip is attached to the race number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner’s shoe.
Timing relay

The finish time will be requested during the online registration.
Course
ATTENTION new route!
All runners will enter the Olympic Stadium via the north side.
Time limit for completing the course:
- 5km – 45min
- 10km – 1h 30min
- 21, 25 km & 5×5 km relay – 3h 15 min
The kilometers are marked by signs along the route. There will be 4 aid stations on the course, each 150 meters long. We ask you to distribute yourselves evenly among the aid stations. We will use reusable cups at aid stations 1 and 2. There are collection points 50 and 100 meters after the aid station. There are enough toilets at the aid stations.
We ask for your understanding that the carrying of strollers and buggies is prohibited.
After the last runner, the course will be reopened by the final vehicle.

Please note that due to extensive road closures around the event, there may be restrictions on road traffic. All road closures are marked on the map below. The road closures are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.. The exact times can be found on the interactive course map. (subject to change)
There are numerous stopping restrictions.
late registration / re-registration / transfer
Late registration
As long as there are still starting places available, late registration is possible. On the day of the event, late registrations will be accepted up to one hour before the start. The fee can be paid in cash, with EC card or credit card.

Re-Registration
In case you cannot start in the booked distance, we can offer you the following re-registration possibilities until the end of the registration period:
re registration to a shorter distance:
free of charge (no payment of the difference). Please send us a mail to: info@berlin-laeuft.de. We will then make the rebooking in the system.
ATTENTION: In the late-registration period, an additional re-registration fee of 7.50 Euros will be charged for each re-registration!
Re-registration to a longer distance:
free of charge + difference (amount at the time of your registration). The re-registration is done via our online shop. You pay via the online shop and we post the change in your davengo account. (Attention: The change is only visible in the registration confirmation, which you can download in your account as soon as you have paid).
ATTENTION: In the late-registration period, an additional re-registration fee of 7.50 Euros will be charged for each re-registration!
Transfer to another person:
You can make the participant exchange until the late registration via your user account (afterwards only at the starting documents distribution for a fee of 7.50 euros). Simply change the participant data in your profile. Attention: If you change your registration in the late registration period, the name on the race number will not be changed!
Your run
Pick Up of starting documents
You will receive your race numbers at the starting documents distribution upon the presentation of your race number on your registration confirmation. We will send the registration confirmations to all runners by mail in time before the event. Please also check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive this mail, you can view both the race number and the registration confirmation in your Davengo account and show them at the starting document distribution.

The distribution takes place upon the presentation of your start number from the starter list or from the entry confirmation that you receive by e-mail or download from your Davengo account.

Additional trains will run. From 14 days before the event, the personal route recommendations can be called up via the well-known timetable information tools (e.B. VBB oder S-Bahn).
Arrival at the Olympiastadion Berlin
Access is via the East Gate (Olympic Rings). Be sure to allow more time for your journey and admission to “Olympischer Platz”, as there may be queues due to the bag checks!
Please bring only the clothes bag that you received at the start documents. In addition to bicycles, the following items may not be brought onto the event grounds:
To park bicycles, please do not use the fences at the Olympiastadion Berlin, as these will be removed, but the areas on Trakähner Allee. For strollers and buggies there is an extra parking area in the Kids Zone on the event grounds. Please bring a lock to lock up the stroller!
Facilities for clothes storage and toilets are available for you in the circulation of the Olympiastadion Berlin.
Clothes baggage drop-off
Together with your starting documents you will receive a starter bag. On the day of the event, please stow your change of clothes exclusively in this starter bag and hand it in at the clothes bag drop-off point on the event grounds. After the race you will get the starter bag back at the same place upon showing your start number. The organizer is not liable for lost items.
Start

Starting shot 5k: 8.30 a.m.
Starting shot: 9.00 a.m.
Starting shot Kinds run: 9.15 a.m.
End of event: 02.00 p.m.
Access to the event site is possible from 7.00 a.m.
The start of the 5km will take place on the “Olympischer Platz” at 8.30 am. A warm-up will be held in the start channel at 8.20 am.
The start of the 25 km, the half marathon as well as the 10 km and 5×5 km relay will take place together on the Olympic Square.
The starting zone is divided into starting blocks B1 to B4 and delimited by guiding grids. Access to the starting blocks is possible from 8.40.
Runners who have not entered a finishing time in the online registration will automatically be assigned to starting block B4.
The starting block is indicated on the start number. The start number must be visible on the chest and is non-transferable.
If the starting block is not noted on the start number, you are automatically assigned to B4. In case of changes, please report to the HelpDesk on the days when the starting documenta are handed out or one hour before the race.
Finish
After crossing the finish line in the Olympiastadion Berlin you will receive a finisher medal. The final runner of the relay team will receive the medals for the whole relay team.
In order to avoid obstructions, you are asked to leave the finish area quickly via the marked paths in the spectator areas.
You will receive refreshments in the upper stadium loop in the area of the marathon stairs. Please do not forget to pick up your garment bags from the drop-off points. This also applies to the relay finishers. In case the bag drop-off is already closed, you will get your bags at the “Lost & Found” on the “Olympischer Platz”.
Time limit for completing the course:
- 25km and half marathon: 3h 15min
- 10km: 1h 30min
- 5km: 45 min
25km and half marathon runners who have not reached the cut-off point (Theodor- Heuss-Platz/Heestr.) by 11.45 a.m. will be collected by the German Red Cross and brought to the Olympiastadion Berlin.
IMPORTANT: Confetti is prohibited on the stadium grounds!

Results
Results and the online certificate service can be found on the S 25 Berlin homepage after the event. Certificates can be downloaded as PDF files, they will not be sent by post.
Medical care
The medical support staff is located at the course and in the start/finish area. You can find the exact points on the course map.
If you need help on the course, you must – if possible – go to the nearest aid point, there are professionals on duty.
Spectators / Running-Festival
Spectators are admitted without tickets. At the entrance there will only be a bag check. Please bring only bags of size up to max. A4.

This year the “Lauf-Festival” will take place again, on the forecourt of the Olympiastadion Berlin. In addition to a stage with music, there will be a children’s play and exercise course, food trucks and a “Chillout Area”.
(Children’s) Missing Persons Point
The Meeting Point for lost persons will be located in the Kids Zone.
