Registration of the Team Captain

The Team Captain will provide contact information when registering. In the same step, the interest in a team catering is requested. Team catering is only possible if the team books a team tent. Additionally, a company name and logo can be added.

Only in the next step the Team Captain buys teams and if necessary additional services.

The data of the participants is only requested in the next step and can also be added and managed at a later time.

Registration of the runners

The entire administration of the registrations will be taken over by Team Captain. The registration period ends on April 30, 2023, after which the late registration period begins. Late registration is possible until May 11, 2023.

The Team Captain does not yet have to provide any data of the participants when purchasing the starting places.

Only the gender, the first and last name and the year of birth are required from the participants.

Catering offer for the team tent via ARAMARK Restaurations GmbH

Teams that have booked a team tent can get a catering offer from ARAMARK Restaurations GmbH. Please tick the appropriate box and in the next step the “Berlin läuft!” team will put you in contact with ARAMARK Restaurations GmbH.

Timing - Scoring

All participants of the 5km team classification have their own Easy Chip of the company Davengo for time measurement. The chip is attached to the start number, must be detached from it and worn on the runners’ shoe. The individual times of the runners will be added to a total team time. Only mixed teams will be scored.

An individual evaluation does not take place!

Late registration / reregistration / transfer

Late registration

As far as there are still starting places available, late registration is possible. On the day of the event late registrations will be accepted up to one hour before the start. The fee of 150,00 Euro per team can be paid cash, with EC-card or credit card.


The participants of the teams can be changed at any time – until the end of the online registration by the Team Captain.

Collection of the starting documents

The starting documents can be collected by the Team Captain at the starting documents distribution. For the issue of the starting documents you need the list of participants, which you can export from your Davengo registration.

The issue will only take place upon presentation of your race number from the registration confirmation, which you will receive by mail or download from your Davengo account.

Get Together

Participating teams have the possibility to book a branded team tent. The team tents will be set up in the circulation of the Olympic Stadium. After the run, the teams and their fans or families can meet at the team tent and enjoy the running festival with stage, chillout area and children’s play and exercise course at a GET TOGETHER.
