1,5km Kids run – Year 2011 to 2014:

until 30.09.2023: 8,00 EUR
after that: 15,00 EUR

800 m Bambini run – Year 2015 to 2018:

until 30.09.2023: 8,00 EUR
after that: 10,00 EUR

According to our GTC, a refund of the fees is not possible.

Additional services

The additional services can be booked directly with the registration. In addition, you can book them via our online shop up to and including September 30, 2023. After that, the additional services can only be booked at the starting documents distribution or on the day of the event.

The pickup of the additional services takes place at the starting documents distribution or at the event at the merchandise stand.

Medal engraving:

A medal engraving with name and running time can be booked additionally at the registration for 10,00 EUR, reordered via our online shop or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medal Engraving”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.

HD videos (finish):

For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to keep this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.

The videos will be made available for you after the event and the link to download them (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.


The timing must be done exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. This applies to all distamces. The chip is attached to the race number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner’s shoe.


The children’s and bambini run starts at the same start as the main run. The runners will run a loop on Schlossstraße and then cross the finish line at Charlottenburg Palace.

late registration / re-registration / transfer

Late registration

As long as there are still starting places available, late registration is possible. On the day of the event late registrations will be accepted up to one hour before the start. The fee of 15.00 euros can be paid in cash, with EC card or credit card.

Transfer to another person

You can make the participant exchange up to four days before the event via your user account (afterwards only at the distribution of the starting documents). Simply change the participant data in your profile.

ATTENTION: In case of a re-registration in the late registration period, the name on the start number will not be changed!

Your run

Pick up of starting documents

You will receive your race numbers at the starting documents distribution against the presentation of your race number on your registration confirmation. We will send the registration confirmations to all runners by mail in time before the event. Please also check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive this mail, you can view both the race number and the registration confirmation in your Davengo account and show them at the distribution of the starting documents.

We recommend arriving by public transport, as there are only limited parking spaces available.

If you still travel by car, you can use the parking garage of the Mall of Berlin at the prices advertised there.

  • U7 to Richard-Wagner-Platz, continue with bus M45 to Schloss Charlottenburg (approx. 15 minutes walk)

  • S-Bahn to Jungfernheide, continue by bus M45 to Luisenplatz (approx. 15 minutes walk)
  • Ringbahn (S41, S42) to Westend, 3 stops by bus M45 (approx. 15 minutes walk)


  • Bus M 45 from Spandau, this service goes to Zoologischer Garten and stops in front of the palace
  • Bus 109 from Zoologischer Garten via Charlottenburg towards Tegel Airport

Arrival at Schloss Charlottenburg

Facilities for clothes storage and toilets are available. The clothes bags handed out will be marked with the start number. The organizer does not assume any liability for items.

Clothes bag drop-off

Together with your starting documents you will receive a starter bag. On the day of the event, please stow your change of clothes exclusively in this starter bag and hand it in at the clothes bag drop-off point on the event grounds. After the race you will get the starter bag back at the same place upon showing your start number. The organizer is not liable for lost items.

Starting signal 10km and 2 x 5km: 12 p.m.
Starting signal bambini run: 11.15 a.m.
Starting signal children’s run: 11.30 a.m.

Access to the event area is possible from 10:00 am.

If you want to see your kids start we recommend standing on the northern side of the track, between the merchandise counter and the Spandauer Damm. In this way you will also be able to get to the finish area without any problems.


After crossing the finish line at Charlottenburg Palace, each kid will receive a finisher medal. 


Process pick up of your kid:

  • There will be two different pick up areas. They will be located to the right and to the left of the finish canal. There is a yellow  and a purple area. The areas will be marked with yellow and purple balloons.
  • Which area your kid is going to be in, can be seen on the start number of your kid. Moreover you will receive two ribbons that have the same color as the start number, at the starting document distribution. One ribbon must be worn by the kid and the other one by the person who picks the kid up. Please write down your telephone number on the ribbon of your kid.
  • The helpers in the finish area are going to support the kids in finding the right way. Please talk with your kid beforehand and explain this process to them. Your kid has to wait in the colored area for you.
  • You or the person picking up the kid should go to the pick up area, matching with their ribbon, immediatly after the start. Please note that the area is going to be crowded. Especially the parents for the pick up “PURPLE” should hurry because they have to cross the finish canal.
  • Please leave the area immediatly after picking up your child so other kids can find their parents more easily.


Results and the online certificate service can be found after the event at the following link. Certificates can be downloaded as PDF files, they will not be sent by post.

Spectators / Running-Festival

Spectators are allowed.

On the event area there will be a stage with music, a children’s play and exercise course, food trucks and a “chillout area”.
