According to our GTC, a refund of the fees is not possible.
The additional services can be booked directly at the time of registration. In addition, you can book them up to and including September 30, 2023 via our online shop (Verlinkung:Zusatzleistungen – berlin-laeuft-shops Webseite!). Subsequently, the additional services can only be booked when the starting documents are handed out or on the day of the event.
The additional services will be picked up at the collection of the starting documents or at the event at the merchandise stand.
Event Shirts 30,00 EUR
Event shirts can be booked at the registration, in our online shop or purchased at the starting documents and on the day of the event, for 35,00 Euro per shirt. Only while stocks last!
A medal engraving with name and duration can be booked at the registration for 10.00 EUR and for the kids run for 8.00 EUR, reordered via our online shop or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medaillengravur”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.
If you have booked a photo package with our partner Sportograf, you will receive a code shortly before the run with which you can download your photos of the track. After the end of the event, photo packages or individual photos can be purchased from Sportograf.
For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish line and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to capture this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.
The videos will be provided for you after the event and the link to download (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.
Kids an bambini run

In the 2×5km relay, two participants complete a 5km distance one after the other. Both team members will receive a clothes bag and a start number. The start numbers with the relay number must be worn on the chest. Passing on or exchanging the start numbers is not permitted!
The transition point for the relay runners is located at the Katharina-Heinroth-Ufer (kilometer 5) and is marked accordingly. For the start runners there is a refreshment point with water and toilets. The arrival and departure to the relay change point is independent.
Clothing transport and return transport
Departure from Charlottenburg Palace (start area) to the transition point 5km 11:45 a.m.

Drop off and pick up of the bags is always at the transport car for the relay teams. The car is located in view of the Charlottenburg Palace to the right of the finish line.
All relay participants have the logo of the Verkehrsbetriebe Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) printed on your race number. This entitles you to use the public transport system (ÖPNV) in Berlin from 8 am – 2 pm.
The evaluation takes place as a team. There is no individual time measurement.
Time Measurement Relay
There is one 10 km total finish time per team. The transponder for the time measurement is in the relay baton issued by the organizer. The baton has to be handed over to the next runner at the change of the relay team and has to cross the finish line. The baton must be handed over to the helpers at the finish line.
Pacemakers will be on duty for the finish times of the different distances. They will carry a clearly visible flag with the finish time and will position themselves in the corresponding blocks.
10 km: 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes
The timing is mandatory for all distances exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. The chip is attached to the race number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner’s shoe.
There is a 10k total finish time per team. The transponder for timekeeping is in the relay baton issued by the organizer. This must be handed over to the next runner at each relay change and cross the finish line.
The finish time will be requested during the online registration.
Time limit for completing the course:
10km – 1h 30min
The kilometers are marked by signs along the route. On the course there is a refreshment point, which is 150 meters long. We ask you to distribute yourselves evenly on the refreshment point. There are enough toilets at the aid stations.
We ask for your understanding that the carrying of baby carriages and buggies is prohibited.
After the last runner, the course will be reopened by the final vehicle.

Please note that there may be restrictions on road traffic due to extensive route closures around the event. The following map shows the road closures. The road closures are from 09:00 to 14:00. The exact times can be found on the interactive route map. (subject to change)
There will be numerous stopping restrictions.
Re-Registration and late registration
The online registration closes on October 11, 2023. After that, late registration is only possible at the starting documents counter and on the day of the event up to one hour before the start. The fee can be paid in cash or by EC card or credit card. Additional services can only be purchased on the day of the event and on the day the starting documents are handed out.

In case you cannot start and you have not booked a money-back guarantee, we can offer you the following free re-registration options up to 3 weeks before the event:
Re-registration from 10 km to relay: 15,00 €
The re-registration is done via our online shop. Please select the item “Ummeldung” for your run under “Startplätze”. You pay via the online store and we post the re-registration in your davengo account. (Attention: The change is only visible in the registration confirmation, which you can download in your account as soon as you have paid).
Transfer to another person: You can make the participant exchange via your user account until October 10, 2023 (afterwards, only at the start document distribution). Simply change the participant data in your profile.
ATTENTION: In case of a re-registration after 30.09.2023 the name on the start number will not be changed!
In case of a late registration, additional services can only be purchased on the day of the event and on the day the starting documents are handed out.
You can always check changes on the start list.
Pick Up of starting documents
You will receive your race numbers at the starting documents counter against the presentation of your race number on your registration confirmation. We will send the registration confirmations to all runners by mail in time before the event. Please also check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive this mail, you can view both the race number and the registration confirmation in your Davengo account and show them at the collection of the starting document.

We recommend that you travel by public transport, as parking spaces are only available in limited numbers.
U7 to Richard-Wagner-Platz, continue with bus M45 to Schloss Charlottenburg (approx. 15 minutes walk)
U2 to U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz 15 minutes on foot
S-Bahn to Jungfernheide, continue by bus M45 to Luisenplatz (approx. 15 minutes walk)
Ringbahn (S41, S42) to Westend, 3 stops by bus M45 (approx. 15 minutes walk)
Bus M 45 from Spandau, this service goes to Zoologischer Garten and stops in front of the palace

Arrival at Schloss Charlottenburg
Facilities for clothes storage and toilets are available. The clothes bags handed out will be marked with the start number. The organizer does not assume any liability for items.
Clothes baggage drop-off
Together with your starting documents you will receive a starter bag. On the day of the event, please stow your change of clothes exclusively in this starter bag and hand it in at the clothes bag drop-off point on the event grounds. After the race you will get the starter bag back at the same place when showing your start number. The organizer is not liable for lost items.

Starting signal 10km and 2 x 5km: 12 p.m.
Starting signal bambini run: 11.15 a.m.
Starting signal children’s run: 11.30 a.m.
End of the event: approx. 14.00 h
Access to the event area is possible from 10:00 am.
The start of the 1km and the 2×5km relay will be together.
The starting zone is divided into starting blocks B1 to B3 and limited by guiding grids. Access to the starting blocks is possible from 11:30 am.
Runners who have not entered a finish time in the online registration will automatically be assigned to starting block B3.
The starting block is indicated on the start number. The start number must be visible on the chest and is non-transferable.
If the start block is not noted on the start number, you are automatically assigned to B3. In case of changes, please contact the HelpDesk at the starting documents or on the day of the event until one hour before the race.
After crossing the finish line at Schloss Charlottenburg, each participant will receive a finisher medal. The final runner of the relay will receive the medals for the whole relay team.
In order to avoid obstructions, we ask you to leave the finish area quickly via the marked paths.
After the finish you will receive a back finish snack (apples, water and alcoholic beer). Please do not forget to pick up your clothes bag from the drop-off points. This also applies to the relay finishers.

Results and the online certificate service can be found after the event at the following link. Certificates can be downloaded as PDF files, they will not be sent by post.
The medical support staff is located along the course and in the start/finish area.
If you need help on the course, you must – if possible – go to the nearest aid station, where specialists are on duty.
Spectators / Running-Festival
Spectators are allowed.
On the event area there will be a stage with music, a children’s play and exercise course, food trucks and a “chillout area”.
