The additional services can be booked directly with the registration. In addition, you can book them via our online store. After that, the additional services can only be booked during the distribution of the starting documents or on the day of the event.

Event Shirt:

Event Shirts 30,00 EUR

Event shirts can be booked with the registration or purchased during the distribution of the starting documents  and on the day of the event, for 35.00 Euro per shirt. Only while stocks last!

Children Event Shirts 22,50 EUR

Event shirts can be booked during the registration or purchased during the distribution of the starting documents and on the day of the event, for 27.50 Euro per shirt. Only while stocks last!

Medal engraving:

A medal engraving with name and running time can be booked during registration for additional 10.00 EUR, reordered via our online store or purchased directly on site at the tent “Medal Engraving”. The engraving will be made on the day of the event.

Participant photos:

If you have booked a photo package with our partner Sportograf, you will receive a code shortly before the race with which you can download your photos from the race. After the event you can buy photo packages or single photos at Sportograf.

You have to upload a selfie at Sportograf to find your photos. A search with your start number is not possible. By purchasing the package you agree to this and accept the privacy policy.

HD videos (finish):

For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to keep this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.

The videos will be made available for you after the event and the link to download them (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent to the participants by e-mail.

The Generation Team is a running competition in which two runners complete the 5k distance at the same time, form a generation team and are then compared with other generation teams in terms of time. Eligible to start as a generation team are teams consisting of at least one participant (born in 2013 and older) and one other runner, who must have at least a 20 years age difference.

For the team ranking the individually achieved net times will be summed up.

Participants of the generation team run start at the same time as the 5k runners but do NOT count in the 5k run.

Turn your run into a Himalayan voyage of discovery now! – TRAILRUN at the VOLVO Tierparklauf 2023

On the mountain slopes of the cloud forests, small pandas climb through the branches high above the heads of the crested deer. Past Francois langurs, takins and snow leopards, the path winds ever higher through dense bamboo groves toward the tree line and finally culminates on the “roof of the world” – with a view of Berlin. This is how Tierpark Berlin describes its fascinating Himalayan adventure world.

You can now also explore the “high mountains” in the middle of the metropolis in a sporty way! At the VOLVO Tierparklauf in Berlin-Friedrichsfelde in September, a TRAILRUN will be on the program for the first time.
The six-kilometer route leads right through the Tierpark and right through the Himalayan adventure world (Himalaya map) with gradients of up to ten percent and over unpaved paths.

The special TRAILRUN will take place on Saturday, 9th september

September 7, 2024 at 3 pm

Due to the nature of the course, a minimum age is required (born in 2009 or older).

The timing  must be done exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company Davengo. This applies to all distances. The chip is attached to the start number, must be detached from it and worn on the runner’s shoe.

The finish time will be requested during the online registration.

The course is located on the grounds of the Tierpark Berlin.

Each kilometer of the course is marked by a kilometer sign. A lap is 5km long and will be run once by the 5km runners and twice by the 10km runners.

A refreshment point will be set up for all participants at 2.5km and for the 10km runners at kilometers 5 and 7.5. Runners are asked to choose the free tables to avoid queues. The after finish catering is located about 150m behind the finish area in the participant area for all runners.

Time limit for completion of the route

5k + 6k-Trailrun: 60 minutes
10k: 90 minutes

Late registration

As long as there are still starting places available, late registration is possible. On the day of the event late registrations will be accepted up to one hour before the start. The fee can be paid in cash, with EC card or credit card.

Re-registration

In case you cannot start in the booked distance, we can offer you the following re-registration possibilities until the start of the late registration period:

Re-registration for a shorter distance:

Free of charge (no payment of the difference). In this case please send us an email to: info@berlin-laeuft.de. We will then make the change in the system.

Re-registration for a longer distance:

Free of charge + difference. The re-registration is done via our online shop. Please select there under “Startplätze” the item “Distanz wechseln” for your run. You pay via the online store and we post the change in your davengo account. (Attention: The change is only visible in the starter list, which is linked on our homepage).

For a re-registration in the late registration period we charge a fee of 7,50 Euro. This can only be done during at the starting documents counter.

Transfer to another person:

You can make the participant exchange until 4 days before the event via your user account (afterwards only at the starting documents counter). Simply change the participant data in your profile.

ATTENTION: If you change your registration during the late registration period, the name on the start number will not be changed!

You can always check changes on the start list.

Together with your starting documents you will receive a starter bag. On the day of the event, please stow your change of clothes exclusively in this starter bag and hand it in at the clothes bag drop-off point on the event grounds. After the race you will get the starter bag back at the same place upon showing your start number. The organizer is not liable for lost items.

Access to the event area is possible from 8.30 am.

The start of the 5k, 10k, trail run and the generation team and kids runs will take place in front of Schloss Friedrichsfelde. The starting zone is divided into starting blocks B1 to B3 and separated by guiding grids. Access to the starting blocks is possible 10 minutes before the starting signal.

The starting block is noted on the start number. The start number must be visible on the chest and is not transferable. Runners who have not entered a finish time in the online registration will automatically be assigned to starting block B3. A change of the finish time can be made on site at the help desk.

The children will gather at the starting line 10 minutes before the starting signal.

After crossing the finish line, each participant will receive a finisher medal.

To avoid obstructions, you are asked to leave the finish area quickly via the marked paths.

After the finish you will receive a snack (apples, water and alcoholic beer). Please do not forget to pick up your clothes bags from the drop-off points.

For a fee of 10,00 € a medal engraving is possible, which can be booked during the online registration, in our online store or on site.

Results and the online certificate service can be found on the results page after the event. These can be downloaded as PDF, a postal dispatch does not take place.

Medical support staff will be located along the course and in the start/finish area. If you need help on the course, you must – if possible – go to the nearest aid station, there are qualified employees on duty.

On the event area there will be a stage with music, a children’s play and exercise course, food trucks and a “chillout area”.

For the children there will be a bouncy castle, the “ISTAF macht Schule” exercise course, face painting and other attractions. Our mascot Berlino will be a guest at the Tierpark Berlin and will do the warm-up together with the children.
