According to the current regulation, there are NO more corona status checks at the VOLVO Tierparklauf as of today. We will comply with the regulations in force at the time of the run during the event.
This link will take you directly to the registration for the VOLVO Tierparklauf on 10./11.09.2022. The online registration closes on 05 September 2022. After that, the registration is only at the start documents issue about the “Berlin läuft!” team possible.
Additional services can be picked up at the merchandise counter at the start document pick-up.
The event shirts can be booked at the registration for the event for 25,00 EUR.
The pre-ordered shirts will be handed out at the starting documents counter. In addition, shirts can be purchased there and on the day of the event for 30.00 EUR, while stocks last.
A medal engraving with name and time can be booked at the registration for 8,00 EUR. The engraving will be done on the day of the event. It is also possible to purchase a medal engraving for 8,00 EUR before the start of the race
If you have booked a photo package with our partner Sportograf, you will receive a code after the event with which you can download your photos from the course. Individual photos can be purchased from Sportograf after the event.
HD videos (start and finish):
For many runners, their own finish is the emotional highlight of a running event. The Davengo team films your finish and makes the videos available in the online results service. If you want to keep this highlight as a lasting memory, you can also buy the video. The videos are also very popular as gifts.
The videos will be made available for you after the event and the link for downloading (valid for 4 weeks) will be sent out via e-mail to the participants or their e-mail address.
In case of a late registration, additional services can only be purchased on the day of the event and on the day the starting documents are handed out.
Due to a limited amount of parking spaces, we would recommend participants use public transportation to get to the event.

Together with your starting documents you will receive a starter bag. On the day of the event, please stow your changing clothes exclusively in this starter bag and hand it in at the clothes bag drop-off point on the event grounds. After the race you will get the starter bag back at the same place when you show your start number. The organizer is not liable for lost items.
Access to the event area is possible from 8:30 a.m. at the entrance of Eingang Schloss Friedrichsfelde!!
Every participant of the VOLVO Tierparklauf has free entrance to Tierpark Berlin on the day of the event. The bib number of the VOLVO Tierparklauf is valid as an entrance ticket.
An additional accompanying person will receive a discount on the entrance fee on the day of the event upon presentation of a voucher at the ticket office.
At the Bambini and Children’s Run, one accompanying person receives FREE admission. You will find the voucher in the starter bag
The generation team is a running competition in which two runners complete the 5 km distance at the same time, form a generation team and are then compared with other generation teams in terms of time. Eligible to start as a generation team are teams consisting of at least one participant (born in 2012 and older) and one other runner, who must have at least 20 years age difference.
For the team ranking the individually achieved net times will be summed up.
For our little participants there are two runs to choose from depending on their age:
age group 2015 to 2017
All children will receive a medal at the finish line after successfully completing the course. Medal engravings can be ordered for 6.00 EUR at registration or purchased directly on site at the “Medal Engraving” tent.
One adult accompanying person receives free admission to Tierpark Berlin on the day of the event.
Please note that parents or other accompanying persons are not allowed to walk with the children. The children should run out of their own motivation and without pressure from outside.
Our mascot Berlino will be a guest in the Tierpark and will do the warm up together with the children.

Access to the event area is possible via the entrance to Schloss Friedrichsfelde from 8:30 am.
The start of the 5 km, 10 km and the generation and children’s races will take place in front of Schloss Friedrichsfelde. The starting zone is divided into starting blocks B1 to B3 and separated by guiding grids. Access to the starting blocks is possible 10 minutes before the starting signal.
Access to the starting blocks will be made on site by an official judge. The starting block is noted on the start number. The start number must be visible on the chest and is not transferable. Runners who have not entered a finish time in the online registration will automatically be assigned to starting block B3. A change of the finish time can be made on site at the help desk.
The bambini and children will gather 10 minutes before start at the start line.
The route takes place entirely on the grounds of the Tierpark Berlin.
Each kilometer of the course is marked by a kilometer sign. A lap is 5 km long and is run by the 5 km runners accordingly once, by the 10 km runners twice.
There will be 3 refreshment points along the route. We ask you to divide yourselves equally among the aid stationsThere are enough toilets at the aid stations.
We ask for your understanding that strollers and buggies are not allowed.
A refreshment point will be set up for all participants at 2.5 km and for the 10 km runners at kilometers 5 and 7.5. Runners are asked to choose the free tables to avoid queues. For all runners*, the back finish catering is located about 150 m behind the finish area in the participant area.
Time limit for completion of the route
5 km: 60 minutes
10km: 1 hour and 30 minutes
The timing is obligatory for all distances exclusively with the easychip transponder of the company davengo. The chip is attached to the start number, must be detached from it and is worn on the runner’s shoe.
The finish time will be requested during the online registration.
After crossing the finish line, each participant will receive a finisher medal.
To avoid obstructions, you are asked to leave the finish area quickly via the marked paths.
After the finish you will receive a snack (apples, water and alcoholic beer). Please do not forget to pick up your starter bags from the drop-off points.
For a fee of 8,00 EUR a medal engraving is possible, which can be booked at the online registration, our online shop, or on site.
The placements refer to to the runners gross time!
The online registration closes on September, 8th 2022. After that, late registration is only possible at the collections of the starting documents and on the day of the event up to one hour before the start. If there are still starting places available. The fee can be paid in cash,by debit card or credit card.
Additional services can only be purchased on the day of the event and on the day of the collections of the starting documents.

Transfer to another person
You can independently transfer your starting place to another participant. You can exchange participants until the end of the registration phase via your user account (after that only at the collection of the starting documents). Simply change the participant data in your profile.
The medical staff is located along the course and in the start/finish area.
If you need help on the course, you must – if possible – go to the nearest aid station, where specialists are on duty.
