According to our terms and conditions, a refund of the fees is not possible.

Groups of 15 or more participants receive a discount of 10% on the participation fees. Registration can only be made via the “Berlin läuft!” team. Please contact us at info@berlin-laeuft.de or by phone at 030/30 111 8644 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. For groups, we also offer a collected collection of the starting documents.

With the online registration you confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions and the conditions of participation.

The start numbers will be assigned by the timekeeper approximately 10 days before the event. When registering during the late registration period, the start number will be assigned shortly before the race. You can find your start number in the starter list.

You will receive all further information by e-mail before the race or can be found in the participant information.

Groups of 15 or more people can pick up their starting documents together.

If it is not possible for you to come in person on the days of the starting documents, you have the possibility to have the documents picked up by another person. In this case, the presentation of the start number is sufficient for collection! A power of attorney is not required.

You can transfer your starting place to another participant free of charge. You can exchange participants in your user account until the beginning of the late registration period. Just change the participant data in your profile.

In case of injury or illness, we ask you to send the corresponding medical certificate/medical certificate to info@berlin-laeuft.de before the day of the event. There is the option to transfer the starting place or to rebook to another of our events. A refund is not possible.
